Tera

In between Archeage I have been giving Tera a try once more. And I am actually beginning to like that game too! Since I am a MMORPG girl I absolutely adore the universe! Eventhough it is more bound compared to Archeage's sandbox format, it still have some great PVP features in the game. Not to mention the awesome costumes and armor pieces in the game! It kinda reminds me of the old days playing Aion, with a good reason why, since it is the same people behind the game! If you havent played Tera I would recommend you to try it out, it is free to play afterall. And since the game has been out for more than a year it has plenty hours of fun for you to discover! I have played the game until lvl 52, but I recommend you play with a friend or two, since questing can get a bit dull in the end, like any other game. But with lots of dungeons during leveling and special relic weapons, there is a lot of small details making it different from the normal flower picking quest!

A year later

It's been a year ! A whole year almost since my last update! For that I am truly sorry! Time seriously flies. I have been busy with my real life and finishing my bachelor, now on to the masters, which has been limiting my gaming time.
But in the last years time I have kept on playing Archeage, since the early headstart last year!
I am still enjoying the game very much and playing together with some good people from my current guild, I doubt I will stop any time soon.

ArcheAge Launch date!!

Finally the wait is over! Tomorrow friday the 12th of september the Head start for ArcheAge is starting, and game officially launches on tuesday the 16th. 

Personally I can't wait to get started! Here is a short video mix of some of the features ArcheAge has to offer!

Back on track

Just got home from my second week of holiday and had a blast! I just got home in time to try out ArcheAge's second closed beta event, which will run from 31th of july till 4th of august! Did you get your beta keys yet?

First look at ArcheAge

After a wonderful weekend finally being able to try out ArcheAge I am back with lots of screenies from the event. My first impression of the game is quite decent, and since I am lacking something to play these days I am eager for the next beta event.

First of all the game has so many aspects that I didn't even have time to discover half of them, but that's a positive thing. The game keeps surprising me with little things all the time, the details such as the emotes rock, paper, scissors. Or the fact your mount can swim in water aswell! These are just some of the items I really like, it is getting closer to reality than any other MMO I have played over the last 7 years.

The graphics might not be the best, but with all the things available and stuff to do there is little time to be disappointed about the graphics. The game somehow just sucks you in and you slowly get more passionate about the game.

Crafting in the game is a huge aspect that won't take an end. Crafting is actually usefull in this game, unlike other games where you have to grind dungeons and raids to get decent gear. I really love that feature. On top of that there are so many crafting vocations, which you have only dreamt of in other games. You can have your own little farm and grow crops or do husbandry and have your own animals in your backyard!

Sailing is also a totally new aspect from any of the MMOs I have ever played. Which seems to work pretty decent, haven't discovered much of this yet, but I am hoping to be only more surprised as time shows.

There are a lot more to do in the game than what I have been writing down here, but summed up I know what I will be playing, when ArcheAge releases for good.
