2014 has been a confusing year for me in games... I haven't really found "THE GAME" yet... Which is kinda sad, since I had my hopes up for The Elders Scrolls Online.. But since that was a downer for me, I have been stuck in Final Fantasy XIV - A realm reborn. And now I am starting to get slightly bored... After having been so busy IRL, I haven't felt the same vibe in either of the games I own. LOTRO, FFXIV, Sims 3, Age of Conan, etc.. I am finding myself in a weird spot where I dont know which way to go. I want something new and exciting and then I got a tip about this new game called ArcheAge!

When I heard the name at first, I was a bit sceptical, due to it also being an asian MMO, but then when I read into what the game was like I was blown away. ArcheAge ain't just a normal MMORPG, but it is a sandbox game, meaning players are allowed to do almost anything!
You can build your own house anywhere, trading/gathering is playerbased, you can build your ship, PVP, there is even a crime system if you steal of someone else goods! On top of that there are no bound classes, but you have the control of which skills and weapons you would like to use! So be your own master and be the character you have always wanted to be! The game has seriously every aspect all the other MMORPGs have been missing for the last 10-15 years!

ArcheAge is litteraly the MMORPG you have been waiting for! And the betas are supposed to go out next month in June 2014. The game has been out since last year in Korean and Japan, but they are translating the game ATM. Hopefully we will get this game sooner than I can hope for! At least I am very excited! And the best thing about ArcheAge is it is Free to Play!!!! Ofc there is a chance of having a subscription if you want some extra stuff, but how amazing is that anyway?
I am looking forward to trying it out and hopefully it will be all the waiting worth it!

Boo?

With the F2P update we also got the Haunted Barrow, which is sort of a spooky place, compared to its location in the peaceful Shire. The barrow is filled with crazy features, spooky goblins, birds, spiders, etc. not to meantion the Hobbit ghost wandering around! It is a really spooky place indeed!

One of the rewards in the autumn festival is the "BOO", emote, which two crazy hunters wanted to try out in a "BOO" fight! To me it looks rather silly, more like some demonic rain/sun dance to summon the demons! Check it out yourself!

This entire spooky theme/halloween in Middle Earth has never really been my sort of thing, maybe I am just  too scared of too many things, guess that's part of being female in this world or what?

Reliving Helegrod!

With the update we finally got the chance of reliving all the old instances and a few raids and I am loving it already! Helegrod was always so much 24-manning, though they changed 3/4 of it into a 12 man instance, its still a lot of fun!

Helegrod has always been one of my fav. raids, because it is so big, and different from all the newer raids they have added to LOTRO, on top of that I always liked the snowy scenery and surroundings!

Free to Play!

After many hours of waiting for free to play, and the furious waiting of being on the server, Laurelin, which was opened as the last one, we finally got Free To Play in Europe last night! Finally new content and stuff to do! So many people online, I think the server just exploded once again and I am loving it! So many old faces are back in game, wanting to do stuff together again, like in the old days of Shadows of Angmar!

This is the new place in Middle Earth to go to, and I can't wait to discover it! There are so many small new changes, and so much new stuff to do, buy and get! Personally I don't even know where to begin!

Guide to: Steeds of Middle Earth

I love grinding reputation, participating in the festivals, doing deeds, etc. to get epic mounts in LOTRO! I really loved this summer's horse as you can see on the pictures above!

I stumbled upon this amazing guide about where, how and when you can find and get these amazing mounts and ofc I wanted to share this with you guys.

Lotro Steeds - It has pictures, locations, information etc. about every mount in game, and on top of that also some of the new horses with the upcoming Free to play! It looks like you can buy certain speed buffs for your horse aswell! All very interesting, cant wait!
